WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Yardstick or clothes drying rack

Sheet of plastic

Round balloons

String

8 oz. all-purpose craft glue Plastic bowl

Craft stick

Red, white, blue and multicolored yarn

String of lights

Clear fishing line

Tweezers

DIRECTIONS

1 Prepare a place to hang globes to dry. A yardstick balanced across two chairs works well, as does a clothes drying rack. Cover the floor with plastic. 2 Blow up balloons to about a 4-in. diameter and tie off, inflating one or two more than desired number of finished globes, in case of breakage. Tie a string around the end of each to hang.
