1. PRETTY IN PINK
I marveled at this stunning sky on my nightly walk. The moment was so beautiful, it almost brought tears to my eyes.
2. FLOATING RAINBOW
At Medora’s annual hot air balloon festival, windy conditions kept the balloonists close to the ground. As I left, I stopped for a minute at the town overlook and looked down on this colorful sight.
3. ADORABLE PICKERS
We always go to my grandparents’ century farm to help pick apples. My 3-month-old son, Jeb, and his puppy, River, were happy to join in the family tradition.
4. NAP SNAP
The 4-H kids do such an amazing job with their animals during fair time. I spotted this young fellow taking a well-deserved snooze.
1. FIELDS OF GOLD
Grandpa Elwood Hoffman is baling oat straw on the family farm he started 50 years ago. I plan to keep it going for the next 50!
2. BENEATH MY WINGS
My father planted a sunflower field, and these bright blooms attracted a bevy of butterflies, like this stunning one, and bees.
3. TREASURE EVERY MOMENT
On an evening bike ride, my daughter Ea and I stopped to rest and savor the last few minutes of the day. There’s such joy in the simple things, like taking time to listen to the sunset.
4. BOUNTIFUL HARVEST
After Dad and I harvested pears on our family farm, my mom got to work and canned bushels of them to last through the winter.
5. THE LURE OF THE RIVER
After a full day of fishing the Flathead River along Glacier National Park, I ran out of steam but my dad was still going strong!
