Veterans Day

-

In 1918, the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month marked the end of World War I. Originally called Armistice Day, the name changed to Veterans Day in 1954 and honors all those who have served in the U.S. Armed Forces. Fly a flag, lay a flower on a veteran’s grave or snap a salute to those who have honorably served our country.
