Climb the Rocks Internationally renowned for its granite cliffs, City of Rocks has attracted rock climbers since the 1970s. More than 600 established routes for climbers range from 30 to 600 feet. Bath Ro k and Breadloaves are just two of the popular spots favored by climbers.

Bring Your Boots
Hikers will appreciate the 22 miles of trails in City of Ro ks National Reserve. For shorter, easier hikes, take the Window Ar h, Bath Ro k and Creekside Towers trails. Or burn some calories on the more strenuous Flaming Rock and North Fork Cir le Creek trails. The 1.2-mile loop Geologi al Interpretive Trail has 12 stations that explain the unique granite formations and the forces that shaped them.
