SLEEP UNDER THE STARS
Camp at one of Huntington’s nearly 200 sites and enjoy your morning coffee on the beach as the sun rises. All but the six rustic campsites include water and electricity. There’s free Wi-Fi in the park, and dogs are welcome.
GET ARTFUL
For three days each fall, more than 100 juried artists participate in the Atalaya Arts & Crafts Festival. Find a wide selection of paintings, sculpture, jewelry, ceramics and other works, plus live music and local food.
CAST A LINE
Anglers often fish for drums, pompano and flounder in the surf or from a jetty about a mile up the beach. To join in, you'll need a valid South Carolina fishing license. southcarolinaparks.com
