What our panel thought

Aroma: “Super peach-forward throughout, like Peachie-o candies. Clove and white pepper. Fruity hops notes—some melon and tropical notes. Some cracker malt background.” Flavor: “Peeeeeaches. Very low sweetness, although there’s an impression of sweetness because of the peach, with moderate bitterness. Peppery phenolics. Low sour. Dry overall finish.” Overall: “An interesting and evolving beer that gives a super-peachy initial impression but becomes fairly dry and spicy in both aroma and flavor.”
