Those em­ploy­ees who have been iden­ti­fied as “man­age­ment ma­te­rial” work closely with man­agers and the ex­ec­u­tive team to cre­ate a “per­sonal de­vel­op­ment plan,” she added, cre­at­ing a path to­ward a man­age­ment po­si­tion.
