Weave in loose ends. SNOWFLAKE NO. 3 BLOCKING Cover pinning board with plastic wrap, saturate 2 or 3 snowflakes with fabric stiffener, working stiffener thoroughly with fingers. Then lay snowflakes on plastic wrap. Let snowflakes dry for about 15 minutes. While still flexible, open picots and pull into shape, stretch out points, pinning them in a straight line directly opposite each other. Place pins in each picot and pin connecting chains in desired position. Allow to dry completely, remove pins.
