FRINGE

Cut 80 14-inch strands of yarn. For each knot of Fringe, hold 8 strands tog and fold length in half. Insert hook from RS in ch-5 sp at end of Scarf, pull folded end through, pull ends through fold, pull ends to tighten knot. Work Fringe in each ch-5 sp across each short end. Trim ends even to desired length.
