PAT­TERN NOTES

Weave in loose ends as work pro­gresses. Join with slip stitch un­less other­wise stated. Do not join rounds un­less other­wise in­di­cated. Place stitch marker in back loop of first stitch of all half dou­ble cro­chet and tre­ble cro­chet rounds to mark be­gin­ning first stitch, and move marker to first stitch of next round as work pro­gresses.

ASSEM­BLY

With RS fac­ing block Pil­low pieces, ar­rang­ing leaves to lie smooth and flat. Let dry com­pletely. With Pil­low pieces WS tog and work­ing through both lay­ers of sts of rnd 31, sl st join un­worked back lp of any tr of first layer to front fac­ing lp of any tr of back layer, sl st in same man­ner in each st around in­sert­ing pil­low form be­fore clos­ing. Fas­ten off. (132 sl sts)

Crocodile stitches swirl from the cen­ter out­ward, cre­at­ing the il­lu­sion of fall­ing leaves. Cro­cheted in rounds adding more crocodile stitches as you go, you’ll not only en­joy mak­ing this pil­low but dis­play­ing it too.
