Contrast Color can be worked as it comes off the cake; to duplicate single-color bands as shown in photograph, begin each repeat of rounds 22–29 at beginning of next color. Weave in loose ends as work progresses. Join with slip stitch as indicated unless otherwise stated. In round 21, work over Contrast Color for added stability to Basket Sides. When changing color in Basket Sides, carry and work over color not in use on wrong side of tapestry crochet section. Do not cut or fasten off unless otherwise stated.
