• Lion Brand Mandala light (DK) weight acrylic yarn (51/3 oz/590 yds/150g per cake): 1 cake each #205 pixie,

#210 Pegasus

• Size 7/4.5mm crochet hook or

size needed to obtain gauge

• Tapestry needle

• Stitch marker

• 13/4-inch pompom maker

GAUGE In Pattern: 17 sts = 4 inches; Rnds 1–7 = 4 inches, after blocking PATTERN NOTES

Weave in loose ends as work progresses. Join with slip stitch as indicated unless otherwise stated. Place marker on first stitch of round and move up as each round is completed. Chain-3 at beginning of round counts as first double crochet unless otherwise stated.

SPECIAL STITCH

Slip ring: Leaving 4-inch end

(see illustration), lap thread over 4-inch end forming lp, insert hook through lp from front to back, yo, pull through lp to form ring, yo, pull through lp on hook.
