PATTERN NOTES

Chain-2 at beginning of round does not count as a stitch unless otherwise stated. Chain-3 at beginning of round counts as first double crochet unless otherwise stated. Weave in ends as work progresses. Join with slip stitch unless otherwise stated.

SPECIAL STITCHES

Beginning V-stitch (beg V-st): Ch 6 (counts as first dc and ch-3), dc in same sp as beg ch-6. V-stitch (V-st): (Dc, ch 3, dc) in indicated sp. Beginning popcorn (beg pc): Ch 3, dc 4 times in indicated st, drop lp from hook, insert hook from front to back through top of beg ch-3, place dropped lp on hook and pull through st, ch 1 to close.

Popcorn (pc): Dc 5 times in indicated st, drop lp from hook, insert hook from front to back through top of first st made, place dropped lp on hook and pull through st, ch 1 to close.
