Weave in loose ends as work pro­gresses. Chain- 3 at be­gin­ning of row counts as first dou­ble cro­chet un­less oth­er­wise stated. Chain- 3 and dou­ble cro­chet worked into a dou­ble cro­chet or puff stitch is counted as a chain- 3 space un­less oth­er­wise stated.
