first hdc), hdc in next ch, sc in each of next 3 chs, sl st in last ch, working on opposite side of foundation ch, sc in each of next 3 chs, hdc in next ch, 3 hdc in same ch as beg dc sts, join in 2nd ch of beg hdc. Fasten off.
ASSEMBLY
With RS tog, matching colors,
whipstitch edges (see illustra
tion) of Gusset to Front Body. Matching sts of Back Body to opposite edge of Gusset, whipstitch edges tog. Sew Antennae centered to top of row 31 of Purse, just in front of rem free lps of row 31. Sew buttons for eyes centered over rows 24 and 25 of Front Body in line with buttonholes. Sew Wings to Gusset on each side of Body centered over center strip of yellow.
