PATTERN NOTES

Motifs are constructed individually and attached on the last round. Alternating fuchsia and dewberry, make 32 fuchsia and 31 dewberry and join as work progresses following Placement Diagram. Weave in loose ends as work progresses. When picking up stitches for broomstick, pick up stitches for half the Motif, draw the needle through, fold it in half, and then pick up the stitches for the 2nd section (making a Magic Loop). Pay attention to where you are attaching the Motifs, so you do not attach any in the wrong place. Chain-3 at beginning of round counts as first double crochet unless otherwise stated. Join with slip stitch as indicated unless otherwise stated.
