PATTERN NOTES

Hold 2 strands of yarn together throughout unless otherwise stated. When using 2 balls of yarn, pull tails from the inside to prevent tangling. When using 1 ball, pull 1 end from inside and 1 end from outside or purchase an extra ball to make pulling 2 strands easier. Motifs are worked with right side facing at all times. Do not turn at end of rounds. Position chain loops on right side throughout. Except beginning tail, work over tails as work progresses, leaving a short tail. Weave in short tail through worked-over section to secure through washings. Join with slip stitch as indicated unless otherwise stated. Chain-5 at beginning of round counts as first half double crochet and chain-3 unless otherwise stated. Chain-2 at beginning of round counts as first half double crochet unless otherwise stated. Chain-3 at beginning of round counts as first double crochet unless otherwise stated. Refer to Assembly Diagram for joining sequence of Motifs.
