TIE Make 2.

Cut two 15-inch lengths of cord or ribbon, or crochet two 15-inch chs for Ties. Weave in and out of dc sts of rnd 8. So that Baby cannot pull the Ties free, the Ties may be anchored by stitching the center of each Tie to the center back st of rnd 8. If using crocheted ch, crochet the first half, make a ch st around center back st of rnd 8, then crochet the rem half. Fasten off, leaving 6-inch tail to attach Pompoms.

POMPOMS

Wrap CC yarn around 1-inch square of cardboard 10 times. Remove yarn from cardboard and with a 10-inch length of yarn tie at center of loops. Cut loops open and trim even. Attach Pompom to each end of Tie with 6-inch tail.
