MATERIALS
• Premier Yarns Everyday Soft Worsted medium (worsted) weight acrylic yarn (4 oz/203 yds/113g per skein): 1 (2, 2) skein(s) #100-07
really red 1 skein #100-01 snow white • Size I/9/5.5mm crochet hook or
size needed to obtain gauge • Tapestry needle • Stitch markers • 1-inch white snowflake button: 2 • Sewing needle and thread
GAUGE
15 dc = 4 inches; 8 dc rows = 4 inches Take time to check gauge.
PATTERN NOTES
Chain-2 at beginning of row does not count as a stitch unless otherwise stated. Join with slip stitch unless otherwise indicated. Weave in loose ends as work progresses.
JUMPER CHEST
With really red, ch 66 (69, 72), join (see Pattern Notes) in first ch to form ring. Rnd 1: ( Ch 2— see Pattern Notes, dc) in first st, dc in each st around; join in first dc. [66 (69, 72) dc] [Rep Rnd 1] 2 (3, 4) times; fasten off.
Trim
Rnd 1: Join white in same st as last join, ch 2, hdc in each st around; join in first st and fasten off.
Rnd 2: Join really red in same st as last join, ch 2, dc in each dc around; join and fasten off.
Rnds 3 & 4: Rep rnds 1 and 2 once; at end of last rnd do not fasten off.
SKIRT

STRAPS
Lay flat with join at side, measure in 11/2 (2, 2) inches from each side fold; mark next 5 sts on each side of front. Mark corresponding 5 sts on back.
Row 1: With really red, join in first marked st on front, (ch 2, dc) in first marked st, dc in each of next 4 marked sts; turn. (5 dc) Rows 2–14 (2–15, 2–16): Ch 2, dc in each dc across; turn. At end of last row, fasten off, leaving long end for sewing. Sew strap to 5 marked sts on back layer. Rep for 2nd strap.
FINISHING
Block. Sew 1 snowflake button at the bottom of each strap on the front.
