PATTERN NOTES

Weave in loose ends as work progresses. Wall hanging is worked sideways. The way the 5 blocks are worked near the top of the piece leaves space to weave the curtain rod through for hanging. Chain-5 at beginning of row or round counts as first double crochet and chain-2 unless otherwise stated. When following the chart, the first mesh of a row is a beginning mesh. Odd-numbered rows are worked right to left. Evennumbered rows are worked left to right. Join with slip stitch unless otherwise stated.
