Rows 1–4 = 21/2 inches from base of foundation ch to top of 8-dc group Gauge is not critical for this project.
PATTERN NOTES
Scarf is worked widthwise in 2 halves from center back. Weave in loose ends as work progresses. Chain-3 at beginning of row counts as first double crochet unless otherwise stated. Chain-4 at beginning of row counts as first treble crochet unless otherwise stated. Join with slip stitch as indicated unless otherwise stated.
