GAUGE

10 sts = 4 inches; 10 rows = 4 inches in pattern stitch with size K hook Take time to check gauge.

PATTERN NOTES

Weave in loose ends as work progresses. Join with slip stitch as indicated unless otherwise stated. Chain-2 at beginning of row counts as first extended single crochet unless otherwise stated. Body of garment is worked in 1 piece beginning at lower back, separating into left and right fronts at neck. Sleeves are worked onto body and worked from the top down. Front pieces

will seem narrow until wide collar is added across neck edges.
