PATTERN NOTES

Weave in loose ends as work progresses.

Chain-3 at beginning of row counts as first double crochet unless otherwise stated.

Join with slip stitch to top of beginning chain-3 unless otherwise stated.

Center stitch is the middle double crochet of the next 3-double crochet group.

When joining square motifs, the first motif can be joined to any corner on center motif, squares 2–6 will each begin in the same corner front post treble that the last front post treble join was made in.

The squares will look like rectangles when they are blocked.

The triangles will be slightly rounded on the end.

Make motifs in the order as given, as they will be joined as you go on the last round.

SPECIAL STITCH

Front post treble join (fptr

join): Yo twice, draw up a lp around indicated st (4 lps on

hook), [yo pull through 2 lps] twice, (2 lps on hook), insert hook in indicated st on previous motif, yo, pull through all lps on hook (motifs joined).
