6 1/2 1/2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil Tbsp. fresh orange juice Tbsp. sherry vinegar Tbsp. minced shallots tsp. Dijon mustard
Salt and back pepper to taste
cups mixed salad greens or spring mix cup chopped fresh parsley cup blanched Marcona almonds, toasted and chopped
Whisk together oil, orange juice, vinegar, shallots, and Dijon for the vinaigrette; season with salt and pepper.
Toss salad greens, parsley, and almonds with vinaigrette.
