Honey-Garlic Pork Loin
The slightly sweet and tangy garlic sauce pairs perfectly with the mild flavored pork loin.

cloves garlic, skinned (about 2 bulbs) cup diced onions Tbsp. all-purpose flour cup low-sodium chicken broth cup fresh lemon juice Tbsp. Italian seasoning Salt and black pepper to taste cup honey
Sear pork in oil in a sauté pan over medium-high heat until brown on all sides, 6–8 minutes; transfer to a 6-qt. slow cooker.
Add garlic to pan and cook over medium-high heat, stirring often, until brown, 5 minutes. Add onions and cook until softened, 3 minutes. Sprinkle flour over garlic and onions and cook 2 minutes.
Deglaze pan with broth, scraping up any brown bits. Stir in lemon juice, and Italian seasoning, season with salt and pepper, then bring to a boil. Pour broth mixture, then honey over pork. Cover slow cooker and cook pork until forktender on high setting, 3 hours, or low setting, 6 hours.
Transfer pork to a platter and let rest 5 minutes. Pour cooking liquid into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to mediumlow and simmer sauce until thick, 2–3 minutes. Lightly mash garlic cloves, slice pork, and serve with sauce.
