Preserved Lemon Dip

Every party needs a tasty dip. And this distinctiv­ely tart and creamy Greek-inspired recipe is sure to be a hit at your next gathering.

STIR IN:

2 cup plain Greek yogurt cup sour cream cup crumbled feta preserved lemon (peel and pulp), rinsed and chopped Tbsp. olive oil

Tbsp. fresh lemon juice tsp. minced fresh garlic tsp. each kosher salt and black pepper Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Purée yogurt, sour cream, feta, preserved lemon, oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper in a food processor.

Stir in parsley. Serve dip with pita chips and crudités.
