Crispy Romaine Salad
with apples & beets
Relying on crunchy ingredients, like cucumbers, apples, and celery, this romaine salad can’t be beat.

4 2 1 cup canola oil cup white wine vinegar cup dry white wine Tbsp. honey tsp. Dijon mustard
Salt and black pepper to taste
cups chopped romaine lettuce
English cucumber, halved and sliced ribs of celery, sliced Honeycrisp apples, sliced jar sliced pickled beets (16 oz.), drained and patted dry
Whisk together oil, vinegar, wine, honey, and Dijon for the vinaigrette; season with salt and pepper.
Top romaine with cucumber, celery, apples, and beets; serve with vinaigrette.
