CORE WORK
When I need fresh pineapple rings, I don't use a fancy "single-use" gadget. I simply peel the pineapple and cut it into slices. To core the pineapple, I place slices flat on a cutting board and remove the core with a 1.5-inch round cutter. Depending on the thickness of the slices, and depth of the cutter, you may be able to do two slices at a time!
