FUNNEL CAKES

My favorite chocolate cake is Old-Fashioned Chocolate Cake. I've used it over the years for making layer cakes and cupcakes. (Since it's a very thin batter, it lead me to my tip.) When making cupcakes, use a larger funnel that can be filled with batter to portion into cupcake liners. As each cup is filled, use your finger to stop the flow and move to the next cup. Easy-peasy!
