Sourdough-Orange Dressing

Tbsp. unsalted butter cup diced celery cup diced onions cups cubed sourdough bread, toasted cups low-sodium chicken broth cup Mandarin orange segments cup chopped toasted pecans

Tbsp. minced rosemary Tbsp. minced orange zest tsp. kosher salt tsp. black pepper

Preheat oven to 375°. Coat a

11/ 2 qt. baking dish with nonstick spray.

Melt butter in skillet over mediumhigh heat. Cook celery and onions in butter until onions soften, 3 minutes.

Stir in bread, broth, orange segments, pecans, rosemary, zest, salt, and pepper until combined; transfer to prepared dish.

Bake dressing, uncovered, until crusty and browned, 30–40 minutes; cool 10 minutes before serving.
