Known as a scotch Manhattan, this cocktail was made in honor of the premiere of the operetta “Rob Roy,” loosely based on Scottish folk hero, Rob Roy MacGregor.

oz. sweet vermouth oz. blended Scotch dashes Angostura bitters Maraschino cherry

Add vermouth, Scotch, and bitters to a glass with ice and stir until very well chilled; strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a cherry.
