The Pianist of Willesden Lane: Theatreworks Silicon Valley presents a one-woman show by pianist Mona Golabek, who tells the story of her mother, Lisa Jura, a young Jewish musician who escaped from Nazi-occupied Austria via the Kindertransport and begin a new life at a children’s home on Willesden Lane in London, where she later survived the London Blitz. All Addictions Recovery Meeting: The Joy of the
Lord meeting welcomes those with all types of addictions to its weekly meetings. The group has 29years of experience in recovery principles from the 12steps of AA.
