Letter to the Editor Policy

The Custer County Chief welcomes Letters to the Editor on current issues and news.

Email Letters to the Editor to chiefnews@custercountychief.com or send them to The Custer County Chief, Attn: Editor, PO Box 190, Broken Bow, NE, 68822. Letters must be received by Monday noon to be considered for Thursday’s publication.

Letters must include your full name, address and town, and phone number.

Only your name and town will be printed in the paper.

Maximum length is 300 words.

We reserve the right to edit letters for length and clarity. We reserve the right to publish longer letters to preserve the intent of the letter.

We reserve the right to not publish letters received.
