Sandy Odenbach met with the board concerning the

asphalt grinding. Sierks voiced her concerns with the Milburn Road Asphalt being put back to gravel. She asked the board to leave the asphalt as is. The board took it under advisement and is considerin­g waiting on the Milburn Road. They will grind the W North Loup Road portion near Brewster, as planned. It is currently scheduled to start in July of this year.

TL Meyer met to present the CSA budget. There will be a motion made at the May meeting.

Jason Hunt was not able to attend.
