• The U.S. women’s soccer team earned the bronze medal with a 4-3 win over Australia.

What to watch today

Highlights include the gold medal women’s soccer match between Canada and Sweden at 6 a.m. on NBCSN. The U.S. women’s basketball team’s semifinal game versus Serbia will be replayed at 7 a.m. on USA. The beach volleyball women’s gold medal game also is being replayed at 5 p.m. on NBCSN. In its evening programmin­g, NBC will show track and field finals, including the women’s 4x400 relay. The U.S. women’s water polo team plays for the gold medal at 12:30 a.m. Saturday, shown live on USA.
