These chains offer fish options during Lent
Lent, which began Wednesday, is the time of year when many Christians abstain from meat on Fridays leading up to Easter. Many replace it with fish. It's also when seafood chains freshen their menus and restaurants that specialize in burgers tout their fish sandwiches.

RED LOBSTER >> The full service chain's Lobsterfest promotion is on with new items. They include Crispy Lobster & Shrimp

RUBIO'S COASTAL GRILL >> New entrées include a Puerto Nuevo Burrito with wildcaught langostino lobster and two items featuring grilled shrimp marinated in guajillo lime seasoning, according to a news release. ARBY'S >> The “we have the meats” chain also has several fish sandwiches for a limited time, according to its website, including the King's Hawaiian Fish Deluxe Sandwich, featuring a fish filet, cheddar cheese and tartar sauce on a toasted King's Hawaiian Roll.
