LIV Sotheby’s International Realty welcomes Christina Davies as the new vice president and managing broker of the firm’s Boulder office
BOULDER – LIV Sotheby’s International Realty (LIV SIR) is proud to introduce the new vice president and managing broker of its Boulder office, Christina Davies.
Davies, a Boulder native and University of Colorado graduate, comes to the firm from a successful career of over 15 years in real estate during which she has served as an agent and a managing broker. Further illustrating her knowledge and leadership skills, Davies formerly held the title of president and also sat on the Board of Directors for the Boulder Area Realtor Association.
At LIV SIR, Christina uses her experience and expertise to guide brokers within the office through complex buying and selling scenarios and to build strategies to enhance overall performance within the Boulder market.
“I’m very excited about embedding the LIV Sotheby’s International Realty brand even deeper within the Boulder community,” explained Davies. “By providing crucial market data, the best service in the industry, and connecting with our neighbors and community, we can become the local resource for all of Boulder’s real estate needs.”
Creating relationships and helping people reach their real estate goals is important to Davies. She said, “One of my favorite aspects of real estate is an opportunity to forge lasting friendships and be a part of my clients’ lives.” Davies went on to mention what an honor it is to get to be a part of her clients’ journeys and milestones in life.
Davies has also acquired many skills throughout her past professional experience that makes her an excellent leader for the LIV SIR office. After earning her master’s degree in Business, she worked in sales for a technology company based in Italy, where she honed her negotiating and relationship building skills. As a leader, she takes a diplomatic approach to dealing with complicated challenges to simplify the situation and find a solution.
“I love the challenge of making any deal work. There is nothing we can’t do,” said Davies. “I look forward to assisting the wonderful brokers in Boulder to create success for their clients and themselves.”
When she is not leading LIV
SIR’S Boulder presence, Davies spends her time getting involved in her community though various local organizations. Davies is a part of the Avista Adventist Hospital Foundation Committee where she assists with fundraising for the new Breast Care Center and advocating for women’s health. She has also donated her time to the Junior League of Denver and is still actively involved with the Chi Omega sorority at the University of Colorado Boulder where she sits on the House Board Corporation.
In her leisure time, you might find Davies playing tennis with the Boulder Tennis Association or enjoying the community’s amazing access to Colorado’s great outdoors. Davies is no stranger to adventure. In addition to having studied abroad in Spain, as well as living and working in Italy, she has also challenged herself to climb to Base Camp on Mount Everest and has reached the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro.
