Here’s a quick reminder

-

I’m bored and you’re bored, too. And what would you know? We’re all bored because of the same reason: Quarantine.

Alright, I know staying at home is hard, with not much to do. For example, what happens if you want to see your friends?

There’s a simple solution to that.

It is best to see each other outside, because the virus spreads easily with no ventilation or airflow, like inside your house. Being outside is also better because you have more space and it gives you fresh air, with more airflow.

Masks are also extremely important and block coughs or water droplets from coming out of your mouth, or from coming in.

You have to social distance and keep six feet apart at all times. If you touch a common surface, make sure to hand sanitize your hands. That is because if the person has coronavirus and he or she touches that surface, it will have the virus.

Make sure not to touch your face, especially if you touch a common surface. Coronavirus can go in your body through your eyes, ears, nose, and mouth, stated Tara Parker Pope from the New York Times. If you follow those steps, the chance of getting COVID19 or any other virus is close to zero.

Why six feet, do you ask? When someone coughs or sneezes, invisible drops of liquid come out of their mouths that could contain the virus. If you are standing within a six-foot range, you could breathe them in, says the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Even if you are not doing this for you, do this for the people who are dying every day, losing family members to this virus, and the people who want to live normal lives again, without being worried about this deadly virus.
