Emergency Family Assistance Associatio­n is welcoming food donations weekday mornings between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. Come by 1575 Yarmouth Ave. on the north side of the building. Weather permitting, you can leave your donation on a table outside and fill out your own receipt or you can knock on the door for help. EFAA accepts unopened cans and packages that are no more than one year beyond their date. EFAA asks for nutrientde­nse, healthy products. Food the group needs the most: canned chili, canned fruit and canned vegetables. Our greatest non-food needs are toothpaste, shampoo, size 5 diapers, and size 6 diapers. There With Care helps families and children facing a critical illness. At the direction of hospital social workers, we are continuing to deliver support to these families. Our wish list includes infant bath toys, pacifiers and changing pads, family-sized cereals, and jelly in a squeeze bottle. A Singular Feast, benefiting Blue Sky Bridge, will be at 5 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 18, at the home of Judy and Charles Goldman, 1950 Norwood Ave., Boulder. The event, in honor of Blue Sky Bridge’s 25th anniversar­y, will feature a signature cocktail by Wood’s High Mountain Distillery; wine provided by Boulder Wine Merchant and curated by master sommelier Brett Zimmerman; appetizers by Whistling Boar owner and chef David Pitula; dinner by chef Becca Henry, Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar, Pizzeria Locale and Whistling Boar; and live music. The Gayla: Out of the Woods and onto the Terrace, benefiting Out Boulder County, will be at 4:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 18 at the St. Julien Hotel, 900 Walnut St., Boulder. The event, which will offer guests the option to attend in person at the hotel’s outdoor terrace or virtually, will feature comedian Margaret Cho, dinner and wine, and live and silent auctions. In-person guests will be required to show proof they are fully vaccinated, which will enter them in a drawing for a prize. Field of Hope Farm-toTable Dinner, a virtual event benefiting Harvest of Hope Pantry, will be Sept. 18. Dinner will be prepared by Fresh Thymes and will include a choice of wine donated by Hazel’s Beverage World, beer donated by Avery Brewing or iced tea donated by Third Street and the choice of a bamboo utensil set or stainless thermal tumbler. Yippee, We Are Three!, Good Life Refuge’s third birthday benefit, will be at 1 p.m. Sept. 25 at the refuge, 13759 N 95th St, Longmont. Tickets include meeting the animals, access to the gift shop and an auction. Four time slots are available, including a 1 p.m. VIP slot for monthly supporters that includes free appetizers and soft drinks, guided 15-minute tours on request and a gift bag. Boulder Pregnancy Resource Center will host BBQ Benefit, its third annual fundraisin­g gala, at 5:30 p.m. Sept. 30 at Wiens Corporate Hangar, Rocky Mountain Metropolit­an Airport, 11824 Corporate Way, Broomfield. Proceeds will benefit the nonprofit’s work to support those facing an unplanned pregnancy. Luvin’ Arms’ sixth annual gala, benefiting the animal sanctuary, will be at 3:30 p.m. Oct. 2 at Copper Leaf Gardens and Event Center, 1200 Miramonte

St., Broomfield. The event, which also can be attended virtually, will be outdoors and will feature silent and live auctions. In-person attendees dine on a plantbased meal. The Walk to End Alzheimer’s, benefiting the Alzheimer’s Associatio­n, will be at 10 a.m. Oc. 9 at the University of Colorado Boulder Business Field, Boulder. The festival area opens at 9 a.m. and a Promise Flower ceremony starts at 10 a.m., with the walk

Boos and Clues, an event to benefit the Museum of Boulder, will be at 6 p.m. Oct. 30 at the Museum of Boulder, 2205 Broadway, Boulder.
