Julianna Foy of Niwot, president of the Epsilon Kappa chapter of Alpha Sigma Tau at Trine University, Angola, Ind., was named Top Tau at the sorority’s 44th national convention from June 2326 in Tampa, Fla., for best embodying the organization’s values.
