QIGONG MOVEMENT
Engage in gentle movements that activate Qi (life force energy) to flow smoothly through the body. Listen to the body’s energy while processing emotions, releasing stress from the nervous system and expanding energy to its potential. Each session will bring a sense of peace, calm and balance. GUIDED GROUP HEALING
In the group energy balancing sessions, participants will receive energy sitting comfortably through a guided healing meditation in a group format.

MIDDAY MUSIC MEDITATION
