Woodland man injured in stabbing

Police are investigating the stabbing of a 19-yearold Woodland man.

Officers were dispatched to the 400-block of Woodland Avenue after dispatch received a call at 8:13 p.m. Tuesday.

When they arrived on the scene, the victim reported that he was stabbed by an unknown male adult, according to Woodland

PD officials.

The man sustained a stab wound to his upper torso and was taken to UC Davis Medical Center for care.

Police could not locate a crime scene and were still unsure of where the alleged incident occurred as of late Wednesday morning.

Whether the stabbing was gang-related is still being looked into by investigators.
