Yolo County Rhône Ramble, Mojo’s Food Truck mania
The second annual Yolo County Rhône Ramble will be held this Saturday and Sunday featuring several Yolo County wineries, Rhône wine tasting, food trucks and live entertainment.
The Rhône Valley is a wine-growing region in France and is home to some of the most famous wines of the world, according to a blog post by the Yolo County Vineyard & Wintery Association.
“Luckily for us here in Yolo County and thanks to early settlers and pioneers, the rootstocks of these vines have traveled thousands of miles to be planted in our soil so that we too can enjoy the wonders of the Rhône Valley,” the post emphasized.
No tickets are required and an itinerary for the event along with a full list of participating wineries can be found by visiting yolocountywines.com/events and clicking on Rhône Ramble.
“Join us for a two-day event across the Yolo County countryside featuring 11 Yolo County wineries,” the event’s website highlighted. “Simply show up and enjoy! Our winery members are happy to open their doors for the entire weekend so you can ramble around the county and visit your favorite tasting rooms.”
