Saugerties: Registration 9a.m.-noon Feb. 13 & 20 at the Frank Greco Senior Citizens Center, adjacent to Cantine Field. In addition to the 13-15 year olds, Babe Ruth now allows 16-yearold players this year (Age is as of May 1, 2016). New players must provied a copy of their birth certificate plus proof of residence. They will also need to attend tryout sessions at a time and date not yet determined. Cost is $100per player, $65for each additional player in the same family. pires Association: Will hold a series of clinics and meetings for prospective baseball umpires for the upcoming 2016season. An informational meeting/first class is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Feb. 24at Kingston High’s MJM annex room 802. Classes will be held at the same location 6:30-9 p.m. March 2, 9, 16 and 30. The closed-book written exam is April 5. Prospective candidates need to register at www.leaguelineup.com/ kbua using the “Rookie School sign up form.” Nonrefundable fee of $70, due at the first class, covers rule book, case books and tests. —— BOWLING Tournament Club: Next tournament is 1 p.m. Feb. 28 at the Saugerties Bowlers Club. Check-in is 12:30. Events will be held the last Sunday of each month through March, with the Championship scheduled for April 24. (Dates are subject to lane availability).
