City of Kingston

• Drugs: Ira G. Bligen, 44, of Maiden Lane, Kingston, was arrested by Kingston police Tuesday on two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count of criminal sale of a controlled substance, all felonies. Police said members of the department’s Special Investigat­ions Unit conducted an undercover investigat­ion into the sale of cocaine in the area of Maiden Lane and Pine Street in the city. Bligen was arrested after detectives saw him selling what appeared to be cocaine outside of his house. Police said a subsequent search of his residence resulted in cocaine being recovered. Bligen was arraigned in Kingston City Court and sent to Ulster County Jail without bail pending a court appearance.

• Drugs: Willie L. Pace, 28, of Lake Katrine, was arrested by Kingston police Aug. 19 on a felony charge of criminal possession of a controlled substance and on a parole violation. Police said members of the Special Investigat­ions Unit knew Pace was wanted by the state Division of Parole on a warrant for a parole violation. Officers saw him travelling in a vehicle on Clifton Avenue and when he was stopped near Sylvester Street, Pace was found in possession of cocaine, police said. Pace was arraigned in Kingston City Court and sent to the Ulster County Jail without bail pending a court appearance.

Lloyd

• Burglary: Alicia Foss, 35, of Highland, was arrested by state police at Highland at 12:45 p.m. Thursday on state Route 299 on a felony charge of burglary. She was held pending arraignmen­t. Further informatio­n was unavailabl­e.

• Drugs: Paul W. Foss, 47, of Highland, was arrested by state police at Highland at 11:20 a.m. Thursday on Route 299 on a misdemeano­r charge of criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was released with a ticket to appear in Lloyd Town Court. Further informatio­n was unavailabl­e.

• DWI: Ian C. Lypka, 34, of Port Ewen, was arrested by state police at Highland at 10 p.m. Thursday on U.S. Route 44/state Route 55 at U.S. Route 9W on charges of drunken driving, a misdemeano­r, and moving from lane unsafely, illegal signal and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway, all infraction­s. He was released with tickets to appear in Lloyd Town Court.

New Paltz

• Drugs: Kathleen A. Anzalone, 59, of New Windsor, was arrested by state police at Highland at 10:15 p.m. Thursday on Plattekill Avenue on charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeano­r, and failure to yield the right of way, a violation. She was released with tickets to appear in New Paltz Town Court.

Saugerties

• DWI: Daniel V. Koegan, 37, of 14 Birchwood Drive South, Saugerties, was arrested by Saugerties police Friday on charges of drunken driving and driving while ability impaired by drugs, both misdemeano­rs, as well as moving from lane unsafely, an infraction. Saugerties police said they responded at 11:08 a.m. Friday to a 911 report of a motor vehicle accident on U.S. Route 9W in Glasco. Following an investigat­ion, it was determined Koegan had been driving a 2001 Honda SUV north when he ran off the road and into several sign posts, police said. Koegan was released to a third party with tickets to appear in Saugerties Town Court.

Tannersvil­le

• Endangerin­g: Anita Hewitt, 38, of Hunter, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 9:08 a.m. Thursday on a misdemeano­r charge of endangerin­g the welfare of a child. She was released with a ticket to appear in Tannersvil­le Village Court.
