Unbeaten Kingston edges past Onteora
Freshman Rieley Fitzgerald’s goal with three minutes left in the second half lifted Kingston High to a 1-0 victory over Onteora in Mid-Hudson Athletic League field hockey action.
Abigail Mayone assisted on the game-winner.
Baileigh Griese had seven saves in goal for Onteora, which had been outshot 8-1 by the (11-0-1) Tigers.

At Kyserike, Erin Weimann scored on a breakaway with 3:06 left in OT to give Rondout Valley a hard-earned non-league triumph over Arlington. She got the ball at the Ganders’ own 35-yardline, raced all the way downfield and deked the goalkeeper to score the winner.
Arlington outshot the (8-1-1)

At Rhinebeck, Claire Norman and Hannah Holmes both scored their first varsity goals in the second half, snapping a 2-2 tie and giving the Bombers the win.
Norman and Holmes also assisted on Cat Simmons goals that put the (2-8-2) Bombers head. Lia Vaccarino and Elle Ping scored before to tie for (2-61) Rhinebeck. Gillian Kroll assisted on the Ping goal.

At Poughkeepsie, Bailey Jordan’s goal at the 12th minute proved to be the difference for (3-1-5) Red Hook.
Julianna Schaffrick made a pair of saves for the Raiders, while Liz Schwoerer had nine for (0-6-3) Spackenkill. Pine Bush 5, Ellenville 0
At Ellenville, Lyndsey Deretchin scored two goals, Bella Pugliese had a goal and one assist and Brittany Vasquez and Hadiyah Abdur-Raheem also tallied to lead (6-1-1) Pine Bush.
Erin Vandemark had three saves for the Lady Bushmen, while Megan Eckert made eight for (1-5-2) Ellenville.
