City of Kingston
• DWI: Amber L. Broskie, 33, of Hackensack, N.J., was arrested by state police at Ulster at 2:40 a.m. Saturday and was charged with drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving, both misdemeanors, following a traffic stop on Broadway. She was issued an appearance ticket for Kingston City Court.
• DWI: Chester P. Smith, 53, of Accord was arrested by state police at Ulster at 4:41 a.m. Saturday and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors, following a traffic stop on Washington Avenue. He was issued an appearance ticket for Kingston City Court.
• DWI: Israel M. Mayo, 42, of Kingston was arrested by state police at Ulster at 1:33 a.m. Saturday and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors, following a traffic stop on Abeel Street. She was issued an appearance ticket for Kingston City Court.

• Drugs: Kashim D. Gaskin, 29, of Schenectady, was arrested by state police at Highland at 2:47 a.m. Saturday on U.S. Route 44/state Route 55 and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, both felonies. He was sent to Ulster County Jail in lieu of bail pending a court appearance.
Town of Rochester
• DWI: David J. Leahy, 46, of Gardiner, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 1:25 a.m. Saturday and charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors, following a traffic stop on Route 44/55. He was issued an appearance ticket for Rochester Town Court.
Saugerties
• DWI: William R. Dame, 56, of Centerville, Mass., was arrested by state police at Ulster at midnight Saturday and was charged with drunken driving and driving with a blood alcohol content exceeding 0.08 percent, both misdemeanors, following a traffic stop on state Route 32. He was issued an appearance ticket for Saugerties Town Court.
