• Robbery: Nickolas “Slick” Torres, 23, of Ellenville, and Davonte Jones, 20, of Kingston, were sentenced to prison terms by Ulster County Judge Donald A. Williams Sept. 26 in connection with an armed home invasion and robbery Jan. 7 in Ellenville. Torres was sentenced to 18 years in state prison and five years of post-release supervisio­n. Jones was sentenced to seven years in prison and five years of post-release supervisio­n. On Jan. 7, three men, Torres, Jones and Lonnie “Ru” Taylor of Ellenville, demanded money and drugs when they walked into an apartment where a man was baby-sitting four children, including a 10-yearold boy, his younger twin sisters and a 2-year-old girl. The three men took the man’s cell phones, cash and wallets. Taylor and Torres pleaded guilty before Williams in July. The date on which Jones pleaded guilty was unavailabl­e as was the status of Taylor’s case.

• DWI: John-Michael Clay, age unavailabl­e, of New Paltz, was sentenced by Williams Sept. 6 to five years of probation and 30 days of community service for felony drunken driving. Clay also had his license revoked and was ordered to install an ignition interlock device on his vehicle. Clay pleaded guilty before Williams on April 6 after being indicted by an Ulster County grand jury in February on two felony counts of drunken driving. Clay was arrested on the charge by state police at Highland on May 30, 2015.

• DWI: Christian Gulick, age unavailabl­e, of Phoenicia, was fined $1,000 by Williams Sept. 23 for felony drunken driving after pleading guilty to the charge in July. Gulick was indicted by an Ulster County grand jury in April on felony charges of aggravated drunken driving, drunken driving and unlicensed driving. He had been arrested on the charges by state police at Ulster Jan. 21. In February, Gulick had also been indicted on felony charges of aggravated drunken driving, drunken driving and aggravated unlicensed driving, and with circumvent­ing a court-ordered ignition interlock device stemming from an arrest following a Jan. 20 traffic stop on state Route 28 in Olive.

• Drugs: Robert Curry, 36, of Poughkeeps­ie, was sentenced by Williams on Sept. 30 to three years in prison and two years of post-release supervisio­n after pleading guilty in July to a felony charge of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Curry was arrested on Sept. 23, 2015, by members of the Ulster Regional Gang Enforcemen­t Narcotics Team and was indicted on the felony charge in February.

• DWI: Jaidus Rowe, 32, of Kingston, was sentenced by Williams on Sept. 7 to one to three years in state prison for felony drunken driving. Rowe was also ordered to install an ignition interlock device and had his license revoked. He was arrested on Feb. 13 and charged with obstructin­g government­al administra­tion and drunken driving. Further informatio­n was unavailabl­e. • DWI: Thomas S. Bauer, 66, of Saugerties, was sentenced by Williams on Sept. 26 to five years of probation and had his license revoked after pleading guilty July 19 to felony drunken driving. Bauer was arrested by state police at Ulster on Sept. 25, 2015, on felony charges of drunken driving and aggravated unlicensed driving. • Violation of parole: Tracy Milone, 45, address unavailabl­e, was sentenced by Williams Sept. 26 to seven days in the Ulster County Jail for violating parole. In 2012, Milone was sentenced by Williams to five years probation and 30 days of community service for aggravated drunken driving, a felony. She was arrested by town of Ulster police on Oct. 1, 2011, and was charged with drunken driving. She pleaded guilty to aggravated drunken driving on Feb. 24, 2012, the Ulster County District Attorney said at the time. • DWI: Clinton L. Coddington Jr., 25, of Kingston, was sentenced by Williams Sept. 27 to one year in the Ulster County Jail after pleading guilty in May to felony counts of drunken driving and aggravated unlicensed driving. He was also ordered to install an ignition interlock device, was fined and had his license revoked. He was arrested on Oct. 2, 2015, and was initially charged with criminal possession of a weapon, aggravated unlicensed driving and drunken driving, all felonies. • Grand larceny: Emily Battle, age unavailabl­e, of Kingston, was sentenced by Williams Sept. 6 to one to three years in state prison after pleading guilty in July to grand larceny, a felony. Battle was arrested by state police at Ulster March 25 at 1791 U.S. Route 209 and was initially charged with grand larceny, possession of a forged instrument and a probation violation, all felonies. Further informatio­n was unavailabl­e. • Drugs: Eric F. Salamone, 29, of Port Ewen, was sentenced by Williams Sept. 27 to three years in state prison and two years of post-release supervisio­n for criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony. Salamone was charged Nov. 27, 2015, with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony, and with criminal possession of a weapon and unlawful possession of marijuana, both misdemeano­rs, and with possession of fireworks, a violation. Police at the time said Salamone was found with 81 bags of heroin, 6 grams of cocaine, 3 grams of marijuana, a stun gun, about $3,800 and miscellane­ous fireworks following a traffic stop. • Weapon: Nicolaus G. Weinberg, age unavailabl­e, of Phoenicia, was sentenced by Williams Sept. 28 to one and one-third to four years in state prison for criminal possession of a firearm, a felony. Weinberg was arrested on March 30. Further informatio­n was unavailabl­e.
