City of Kingston
· DWI: Stephen P. Mihic, 60, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster on Broadway at 8:11 p.m. Saturday on the misdemeanors of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding .08 percent. He was also issued a traffic ticket for a right-of-way violation entering a road. Mihic was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.
· DWI: Jordan E. Riker, 25, of Hurley, was arrested by state police at Ulster on Broadway at 3:45 a.m. Sunday on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving and aggravated drunken driving. She was also issued traffic tickets for a safety glass equipment violation and an unsafe turn failure to signal. Riker was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.
Cairo
· Drugs: Matthew J. Williams, 25, of Hudson, was arrested by state police at Catskill on state Route 32 at 9:44 p.m. Saturday on a misdemeanor criminal possession of a controlled substance charge. Williams was released with tickets for Cairo Town Court.
· DWI: Joseph Marchese, 55, of East Hampstead, New Hampshire, was arrested by state police at Catskill at an undisclosed location at 1:59 a.m. Sunday on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding .08 percent. Marchese was released with tickets for Cairo Town Court.
Coxsackie · DWI: Curtis C. Segura, 24, of Hudson, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie on Mansion Street at 11:20 p.m. Saturday on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding .08 percent. Segura was released with tickets for Coxsackie Town Court.
Gardiner · DWI: Gerard M. McCluskey, 52, of Red Hook, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing on Albany Post Road at 5:13 p.m. on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding .08 percent. McCluskey was released with tickets for Gardiner Town Court.

Graham, 28, of New Paltz, was arrested by state police at Highland at the state police Highland barracks at 212 state Route 299 at 7:12 p.m. Saturday on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding .08 percent. Further information was unavailable.
Marlborough · DWI: Brenda D. Zapata Alvarez, 23, of Walden, was arrested by state police at Highland on U.S. Route 9W at 7:22 a.m. Sunday on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding .08 percent. She was also issued a speeding ticket. Zapata Alvarez was released with tickets for Marlborough Town Court.
New Paltz
· DWI: Andrew D. Walker, 35, of Marlboro, was arrested by state police at Highland on state Route 32 at 4:18 a.m. Sunday on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding .08 percent. Walker was released to a third party.
· DWI: David Sweeney, 30, of Albany was arrested by Thruway state police on the New York state Thruway at mile marker 81.0 south at 11:30 a.m. Saturday on misdemeanor charges of drunken driving and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content exceeding .08 percent following a two-car car crash. No injuries were reported in the crash, police said. Sweeney was released with an appearance ticket for New Paltz Town Court.
