Town of Ulster
•DWI: Christine McCabe, 65, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 3:21 p.m. Thursday on Ulster Landing Road on a misdemeanor charge of drunken driving. She was released with tickets to appear in Ulster Town Court.
Livingston
• Drugs: Benjamin D. Reitemeier, 22, of Rhinebeck, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 7:50 p.m. Thursday on state Route 82 on charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and possession of marijuana, a violation. He was released with tickets to appear in Livingston Town Court.
New Paltz
• DWI: Corriadina Medulla, 20, of New Paltz, was arrested by state police at Highland at 3:18 a.m. Friday on state Route 208 on a misdemeanor charge of drunken driving. She was released with tickets to appear in New Paltz Town Court.
Saugerties
• Mischief: Michael S. Neglia, 30, of 3747 state Route 32, Apt. 2, Saugerties, was arrested by Saugerties police Thursday on a misdemeanor charge of aggravated harassment. At the time, Neglia was wanted on an arrest warrant charging him with criminal mischief, a felony. Police said officers investigated a past domestic dispute in which Neglia was accused of physically threatening another person, leading to his arrest. Neglia was arraigned in Saugerties Town Court and sent to Ulster County Jail without bail pending a further court appearance.
• Theft: Four people were arrested following an investigation into a rash of thefts from cars last month in the area of the Barclay Heights and Bishop’s Gate subdivisions, Saugerties police said Friday. Some of the suspects were also charged with causing damage at the Cantine Veteran’s Memorial Complex, including damaging a storage shed and painting graffiti on the shed and on a field tarp, police said. Arrested were: Nicholas A. Salinas,
22, of 60 Sheehan Court, Kingston, on misdemeanor charges of petit larceny and conspiracy; Michael A. Doyle, 18, of the Wenton Motel, Room 11, Saugerties, on misdemeanor charges of trespass, criminal mischief, making graffiti and petit larceny; Robert J. Harp, 19, of 336 West Saugerties Road, Saugerties, on misdemeanor charges of trespass, criminal mischief, making graffiti and petit larceny; and Christina V. Tozzi, 28, of 130 Timberwall Road, Saugerties on a misdemeanor charge of conspiracy. Police said Tozzi drove her vehicle to provide transportation to Salinas, Doyle and Harp during the thefts. All four were released with tickets to appear in Saugerties village and town courts.
